The theme for player visits is character development, goal setting, commitment to excellence and the importance of leading a healthy, active lifestyle. The Bears School Outreach Program, which is in its 12th season, benefits more than 7,000 students annually.

Running back Kahlil Bell is scheduled to visit Ogelsby Elementary School in Chicago in support of the Bears School Outreach program.

Bears players to volunteer at community events Tuesday

Each Tuesday during the football season, Chicago Bears players visit Chicago Public Schools to speak to, motivate and interact with students. The theme for player visits is character development, goal setting, commitment to excellence and the importance of leading a healthy, active lifestyle. The Bears School Outreach Program, which is in its 12th season, benefits more than 7,000 students annually.
 
Guard Josh Beekman will join 700 students at Hubert H. Humphrey Middle School in Bolingbrook on Tuesday for a rally kicking off “Fuel Up to Play 60,” a new program that empowers students to make changes at school that will help them “get active and play” for 60 minutes a day and “fuel up” with critical nutrient-rich foods that are often missing from their diets. 

“Fuel Up to Play 60” is provided by the Midwest Dairy Council and the Bears and is part of a national initiative to promote healthy eating and physical activity by the NFL and National Dairy Council. 

Five Cutler interceptions lead to Niners victory

Bears quarterback Jay Cutler threw his fifth and final interception to S Michael Lewis as time expired, sealing a much-needed Niners win.

49ers RB Frank Gore was the lone offensive standout of this game, for either team, rushing 25 times for 104 yards and a touchdown while adding four catches for 21 yards. Gore's 14-yard run in the second quarter was the only touchdown of the game.

It was over when ...

Quarterback Kurt Warner found Steve Breaston on a 4-yard touchdown pass with 4:30 left to give Arizona a 20-point lead after a brief scare. With a comfortable margin to open the fourth quarter, the Cardinals appeared to be in cruise control as they subbed backup Matt Leinart for Warner. However, Leinart threw an interception that led to a touchdown for the Bears and put them within 13 points. Chicago then forced a punt, but Matt Ware intercepted Jay Cutler's pass to set up Arizona's final touchdown.

Game ball

Warner had a nightmare game against the Panthers in Week 8, turning the ball over six times -- five interceptions and a fumble. The veteran responded with five touchdown passes to lead the Cardinals to their fourth consecutive road win -- the team's first such streak since 1982.

Key Stat

Warner did not throw an interception. The Cardinals and Bears were even in turnovers. Arizona is now 5-0 when finishing with an even or positive turnover differential.

Noteworthy

This is the first meeting between these two teams since the infamous Dennis Green "Crown 'Em" game. The Bears won 24-23 at Arizona on Oct. 16, 2006. ... The Cardinals snapped the Bears' six-game home-winning streak. Chicago was 3-0 at home in 2009 before the loss. ... Bears TE Greg Olsen had three touchdown receptions.
