Parents are Nita Aneise Williams and Ken Stanback. Isaiah has two older siblings, Jamar and Teya. He played quarterback for Garfield HS, and played both wide receiver and quarterback at the University of Washington. Although he didn't play baseball in college, Isaiah was selected by the Baltimore Orioles in the 2006 Amateur Draft. He made his NFL debut on November 4, 2007 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
College awards and records:
Passed for 1,628 yards and 12 touchdowns and rushed for 700 yards and nine touchdowns as a senior ranking second among Washington state Class 4A quarterbacks. He was a member of the Tacoma News-Tribune's Western 100 and was also an all-KingCo Conference pick in 2000 and 2001. Following his high school career, earned PrepStar and SuperPrep All-America honors. SuperPrep rated him fifth in the nation among quarterbacks and Tom Lemming's Prep Football Report rated him 23rd.
