PERSONAL NOTES:
I live in a constant state of gratitude! I realize and appreciate how fortunate I am to be making a living doing what I love best - playing football!
I come from a large family, (the middle child of five brothers), and my parents instilled in me very early on the importance of faith, humility, and thankfulness. My faith is what gets me through life's biggest challenges. It keeps me strong. I stay humble and constantly strive to become a better athlete, as well as a better man. And, I am very thankful for all things big and small. (I am really thankful that you are reading this right now! :) )
Giving back is an important part of appreciating and embracing my role. Working in the community has filled my heart in ways I never dreamed possible. I love children and am actively involved in NFL PLAY 60, an NFL initiative that encourages young fans to be active for at least 60 minutes every day. I am also very proud to be the official spokesman for the NFL Flag League in Los Indios, Texas. NFL Flag is the premier youth football league for boys and girls ages 5-17. This program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action, while learning the value of teamwork. I am truly living my dream playing football at this level."
I PLAY for myself......
I PLAY for my team.......
I PLAY for my family and close friends who never stop believing.......
But most importantly..............I PLAY FOR YOU!
