The Philadelphia Eagles’ Leonard Weaver established the Leonard Weaver Family Foundation to provide life changing opportunities to underserved children and to support organizations that fight against Juvenile Diabetes. The Leonard Weaver Family Foundation only provides grants to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations. We are unable to distribute grants to individuals. We discourage unsolicited proposals --- very few are funded. Due to volume, we cannot respond to all requests. We will contact you only if the proposal is under consideration.

The Leonard Weaver Family Foundation receives its tax-exempt status from The Giving Back Fund (tax-id #04-3367888). All donations to The Leonard Weaver Family Foundation are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
